Project coordination from definition through follow-up Due to growth, Calentadores Nacionales is seeking a recent graduate engineer interested in developing within the Projects area, participating in the implementation, documentation, and monitoring of technical solutions. We seek a person eager to learn, understand, and convey technical processes, with skills in organization, communication, and project tracking. **Responsibilities:** * Participate in technical site surveys and meetings * Develop technological solutions and select appropriate equipment * Prepare technical-commercial proposals, integrating scopes, costs, quotations, and documentation * Participate in customer prospecting alongside commercial advisors * Prepare Technical-Descriptive documents * Monitor project progress * Maintain communication with suppliers and manufacturers * Perform technical calculations and feasibility analyses * Coordinate project kick-off by defining scopes, architecture, and tracking initial activities **We Offer:** * Base salary of $13,200 before taxes * 10% punctuality bonus * 10% attendance bonus * Savings fund * Additional days off beyond statutory requirements * Half-day off on birthdays and work anniversaries * Discounts with entertainment and family-time companies * Holiday-related events * Career and life plan Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 hrs Col.
