Join our **DLG MEDIC** team If you're looking for a dynamic environment full of challenges and growth opportunities, **this is your chance!** We are seeking a passionate **Digital Platforms Salesperson**, enthusiastic about digital commerce, capable of leading and optimizing operations on online sales platforms, creating effective sales strategies, and ensuring an exceptional experience for our customers. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields, and/or high school diploma * Age 18 to 35 * Gender-neutral * Minimum 1 year of experience * Proficiency in Excel * Experience communicating via social media. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage and optimize accounts on online sales platforms such as Mercado Libre, Amazon, and others. * Administer and control inventory * Create attractive listings with high-quality photographs and optimized descriptions. * Design and implement sales and marketing strategies within Marketplaces to increase conversions. * Analyze data and generate reports on sales performance, campaigns, and implemented strategies. * Supervise and execute Seller onboarding, sales, and payment processes. * Develop content for social media, websites, and other communication channels. * Handle customer frequently asked questions, complaints, and claims on the platforms. * Stay informed about industry trends and competitors' activities to propose continuous improvements. **We Offer:** * Monday to Friday schedule with one-hour lunch break * Bi-weekly salary payments * Statutory benefits \+ additional benefits (Roadside assistance, medical, veterinary) * Paid birthday leave * Career advancement opportunities * Positive work environment * Free uniforms Work location: Col.
