Work Location: Providencia Neighborhood. **What We Are Looking For:** We seek a candidate with completed technical or university-level education in administration or a related field, along with verifiable experience of over five years as an Executive Assistant, and intermediate-level Excel proficiency to perform the following responsibilities: * Manage the director’s schedule. * Handle invoices, collections, and payments. * Support meetings and prepare minutes. * Coordinate travel arrangements.
