Job Objective: Design and implement work processes and/or tools to monitor and track fleet performance, as well as generate work plans and projects focused on achieving and improving such performance in alignment with organizational goals. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Industrial Engineering degree (or related field) * 2 years of experience in a similar position. * Microsoft Office, DDC Systems, INSITE * Flexible working hours * Willingness to travel * Knowledge of performance metrics * Basic mechanical knowledge * Knowledge of vehicles * Development of performance indicators * Gender: Not specified **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Define target performance metrics for each vehicle in the fleet (considering model, engine, route, etc.) * Design processes/tools for performance monitoring and tracking * Identify areas of opportunity where performance targets are not met * Channel and follow up on identified areas of opportunity * Monitor mechanical failures causing low vehicle performance * Monitor drivers requiring improvement in economical vehicle operation * Identify and follow up on vehicles requiring calibration or repair of modules and vehicle seals * Analyze idle time and average load handling data * Random audits of cargo volume measurement and ECM data download * Control and record tank seals * Define unit-level performance indicators for driver evaluation * Monitor daily vehicle performance compliance * Deliver monthly average performance compliance indicators **WE OFFER:** * Salary: $20,000.00 MXN base monthly salary, paid biweekly ($10,000.00 MXN) * Statutory benefits (IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, vacation bonus, year-end bonus) * Cafeteria service * Birthday celebration allowance * Holy Thursday, Good Friday, and Holy Saturday (paid days off) * Discount on freight shipments * Excellent work environment * Training * Career growth
