





**Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Economic Administration, Industrial Relations, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields involving human capital development. * Experience managing personnel, IDSE, SUA, Nomipaq, intermediate Excel, STPS, Federal Labor Law (LFT), IMSS, severance calculations, legal labor compliance, etc. * Personnel management, teamwork, observational skills, persuasion, observation, analysis, continuous improvement. * Minimum of 5 years as a Manager in Human Resources. **Functions:** * Recruitment, selection, and hiring of personnel. * Administration of psychometric, evaluation, and socio-economic assessments as applicable. * Institutional induction for all new employees. * Ensure authorized staffing levels are maintained. * Manage employee training and development. * Enforce the internal work regulations. * Organize internal events. * Conduct training needs assessments. * Develop the annual training program. * Ensure legal compliance with STPS and civil protection requirements. * Address and follow up on requirements from STPS and the local board. * Create and update job descriptions. * Coordinate semi-annual performance evaluations. * Train staff on internal topics. * Coordinate training courses with different departments. * Administer workplace climate surveys and NOM\-035. * Develop work plans based on workplace climate survey results and NOM \-035. * Supervise payroll calculation and processing. * Handle termination processes, resignations, severance packages, indemnifications, and legal claims. * Review IMSS payment calculations. * Issue internal calls for vacant positions. * Apply and verify compliance with internal regulations. * Compile and safeguard employee records. * Identify suppliers for uniforms, materials, and resources used by the department. * Conduct periodic visits to branches to verify compliance with presentation protocols and RIT. * Administer questionnaires to identify training needs by area. * Request purchasing support for food vouchers, materials, voucher cards, etc. * Form mixed committees for safety, training, RIT, and the cooperative's seniority chart. * Manage human capital, establish growth plans to achieve employee development and retention. * Collaborate with departments to align personal and departmental objectives with institutional goals. * Engage with various departments in setting and evaluating departmental KPIs. * Develop new work strategies to improve workplace climate and productive team development. * Update manuals and procedures when necessary due to process changes or acquisition of new tools. * Manage updates to job descriptions and profiles per department at least once a year. * Work with budgets and annual expense planning. * Develop a salary scale and keep it current and competitive relative to the labor market. * Explore new compensation alternatives to ensure employee retention and development. * Collaborate with different departments on organizational culture. * Actively participate in organizational and institutional development in synergy with other departments within the cooperative.
