Design and manufacturing company of lighting fixtures, furniture, and jewelry, expanding its operations, is seeking: **Production Coordinator**
**Position Objective:**
Supervise and coordinate daily activities in the production area, ensuring processes are executed efficiently and in compliance with quality standards.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Coordinate, supervise production team activities, provide guidance and support, and resolve operational issues to ensure daily objectives are met on time and as required.
* Monitor production progress and adjust plans as necessary to maintain continuous workflow; ensure products are manufactured according to national and international quality specifications by conducting periodic inspections and collaborating with the quality team to identify and correct deviations.
* Maintain accurate records of production activities, including daily production reports, material consumption, and quality data; report production status to the Operations Manager, providing data and analysis for decision-making.
* Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in production processes through continuous improvement initiatives, such as reducing cycle times and optimizing material usage.
* Assign tasks and resources efficiently, ensuring personnel and materials are available to meet production plans.
* Control inventory levels of raw materials and work-in-progress, ensuring materials are available when needed without generating excess inventory.
* Collaborate with the purchasing department to ensure timely supply of materials.
* Report production status to the Operations Manager, providing data and analysis for decision-making.

**Education/Qualifications:**
