Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Lead to refine, scale, and lead the development of an expanding SaaS clinical management platform, with full ownership of both frontend and backend. Key Highlights: 1. Technical leadership from day one in SaaS platform development 2. Direct collaboration with the founder to guide development 3. A hands-on working environment alongside the founder Zoeymed is a SaaS clinical management platform for fertility and IVF clinics, expanding to all types of clinics. The application is already 80% built, and we are looking for our Technical Lead to refine it, scale it, and lead development from day one. Your compensation grows as Zoeymed acquires more customers. **WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON**: Zoeymed is a web application with modules already live: patient management, medical history, IVF and egg freezing protocols, appointments, calendar, dashboard, inventory, finance, staff management, and attendance system. **WHAT YOU’LL LEAD:** * End-to-end frontend and backend development * Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect products, without interpretation * Refine existing modules and build new features * Administer MongoDB and AWS * Collaborate directly with the founder **WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:** * 2+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer * React.js, Node.js, MongoDB, AWS * Experience implementing designs from Figma * Advanced English proficiency, mandatory * Residency in Guadalajara * Hybrid availability (in-person in Chapalita) **WHAT WE OFFER:** * Technical Lead role from day one * Compensation that scales with business growth * A hands-on environment with the founder Salary: $12,500.00 - $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Flexible hours Work location: Hybrid remote in 44500, Chapalita, Jal.
