





**About the Role** We are seeking a **Business Development Manager** with strong expertise in automated test systems and a proven track record in driving growth within the automotive and electronics sectors. This role focuses on expanding market presence, building strategic partnerships, and delivering innovative test solutions aligned with emerging technologies such as EV, SDV, RF, and AI analytics. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and execute go\-to\-market strategies for test and automation solutions. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities across automotive, electronics, and manufacturing industries. * Build and maintain relationships with Tier\-1 and Tier\-2 OEMs and strategic partners. * Lead customer engagement initiatives, including technical events, marketing campaigns, and solution positioning. * Manage the sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and ensure quota attainment. * Collaborate with engineering teams to define and deliver scalable test architectures (ICT, FCT, RF, EV). * Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability and long\-term partnerships. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechatronics, Electrical, or related field); MBA preferred. * 5\+ years of experience in business development or sales within the test automation or electronics industry. * Strong knowledge of automated test systems, including ICT, FCT, RF, EV, and AI\-driven solutions. * Proven success in pipeline generation and quota achievement. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. * Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics). * Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) * Experience managing marketing campaigns and technical events. * Familiarity with EV and SDV trends and data\-driven manufacturing strategies. * Ability to work cross\-functionally with sales, and engineering teams.
