Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and responsible Payroll Supervisor to manage and control payroll processes within an electronics company. Key Highlights: 1. Payroll management and control 2. Due to growth, we are looking for a Payroll Supervisor who is highly organized and demonstrates strong accountability to ensure accurate payroll processing and administration. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field (completed). Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience as a Payroll Supervisor, including payroll preparation and administration. Solid knowledge of government portals such as: IMSS, SUA, FONACOT, and INFONAVIT. Payroll Tax calculation. Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas). Experience using NOMINPAQ. High level of organization, confidentiality, and attention to detail. Experience managing multiple Employer Registration Numbers (Registros Patronales). Main Responsibilities: Prepare and calculate weekly/biweekly payroll. Process employee registrations, terminations, and modifications with IMSS. Determine applicable taxes and fulfill employer obligations. Monitor and reconcile attendance incidents (absences, disabilities, vacations, leaves of absence). Manage personnel files and document control. Support employees on payroll-related matters. Calculate and process severance payments, final settlements, and annual adjustments. Prepare reports for audits.
