Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and responsible Payroll Assistant to support payroll administration, incident tracking, IMSS-related transactions, and employee assistance. Key Highlights: 1. Support in essential payroll and human resources processes. 2. Incident management and report preparation. 3. Direct interaction with staff to resolve questions. A leading company in audio and lighting electronic products is seeking: PAYROLL ASSISTANT Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processes. Knowledge of incidents, employee onboarding/offboarding, and IMSS-related transactions. Intermediate Excel skills. Basic knowledge of SUA, IDSE, Contpaqi, and Nomipaq (preferred). Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented. Responsibilities: Data entry and control of payroll incidents. Preparation and follow-up of pre-payroll. Personnel file management. Support for IMSS-related transactions. Report preparation and reconciliations. Addressing employee inquiries related to payroll.
