Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Project Manager to coordinate and monitor projects, work with database engines, and supervise development teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. IT project coordination and monitoring 2. Implementation and maintenance of systems developed in Java 3. Supervision and support for the development team **We are looking for an IT Project Manager** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:30 PM to 2:30 PM and from 5 PM to 7 PM (2 hours and 30 minutes for lunch). **Your Responsibilities Will Include:** * Coordinating and monitoring projects in collaboration with internal management. * Working with database engines such as IDM, Oracle, DB2, or Sybase. * Implementing and maintaining systems developed in Java, including handling lambda expressions. * Supervising and supporting the development team during application development. * Designing, developing, and administering databases **We Offer:** * Monthly salary of $40,000 MXN * Statutory benefits * Major Medical Expense Insurance * Profit-sharing payment * Life insurance * 3% savings fund contribution * Profit-sharing equivalent to one month's salary * Vacation bonus paid at 50% Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Up to $40,000.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Major Medical Expense Insurance * Life insurance Education: * Incomplete or ongoing bachelor's degree (Preferred) Experience: * IT project leadership: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
