As part of our technological transformation, we are seeking a **Technical Support Engineer** to help us optimize processes through the development and implementation of digital solutions. **Requirements:** * Education: Degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics, or Mechatronics. * Experience in technical support and user assistance. * Experience in networks, telecommunications, and equipment repair. **Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to users within the company for both software and hardware. * Manage the installation and commissioning of new infrastructure projects, including communication antennas, security cameras, access points, network nodes, switches, among others. * Administer equipment inventory across all facilities, ensuring proper maintenance, as well as warranty and repair management. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal operation. * Provide virtual and in-person user support, with availability to travel if necessary. **We offer:** * Statutory benefits * Life insurance * Growth opportunities * Direct employment * Work location: Col.
