Team leadership and management We are seeking a Plant Manager Engineer to supervise the operation and maintenance of our ice manufacturing plant. Responsibilities: * Oversee the overall plant operations. * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of refrigeration equipment, compressors, and electrical/hydraulic systems. * Ensure energy efficiency and cost reduction. * Manage technical and operational staff. * Report production and efficiency metrics to management. Requirements: * Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field. * Minimum 1\-2 years of experience in industrial maintenance (preferably in food, beverages, or refrigeration). * Knowledge of refrigeration, electrical, and hydraulic systems. (Preferred) * Leadership and team management capabilities. * Availability for emergencies. We Offer: * Competitive salary: $19,000–$22,000 MXN per month. * Statutory benefits.
