Description
We're looking for a Senior Solution Architect. 10\+ years. And yes — we need someone who still writes code.
Not someone who "used to" code. Someone who codes because they love it, because it makes them a better architect, and because they know the difference between a design that looks good on a whiteboard and one that actually holds up in production.
The technical reality of this role:
— Distributed systems, cloud\-native architecture (AWS / Azure / GCP)
— Microservices, event\-driven design, API strategy at scale
— Kubernetes, Terraform, IaC — hands\-on, not just aware
— Python, Java, Go, or TypeScript at a senior level
— AI/ML systems in production: LLM orchestration, RAG pipelines, vector databases
— LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, vLLM
— MLOps: MLflow, Weights \& Biases, Kubeflow
— Native AI user: Copilot, Cursor, Claude — daily, not occasionally
What we're really hiring for:
Someone who has seen what happens when architecture decisions are made by committees, by schedule pressure, or by whoever talked the loudest in the room — and has spent their career making sure that doesn't happen.
You write ADRs that people actually read. Your code reviews make engineers better. You can explain a distributed tracing strategy to a CTO and a database index to a junior dev in the same afternoon.
And you use AI — not to replace your thinking, but to think faster and build better.
This is not a title. It's a craft.
If that resonates — let's talk.
