Leading company in the sector is looking for: **External IT Systems Implementation Specialist** Position objective: * Ensure timely and proper operation of interfaces for installed base equipment, providing high-quality service to internal and external clients. Requirements: * Degree in Engineering * 2 years of experience in computer science with relational databases. Required knowledge: * SQL SERVER administration. * Operating systems handling (Windows XP, 2000, Server). * Driver configuration. * Hardware knowledge (component replacement). * Report generator handling (SQL Server). * Structured network handling (cabling). * Knowledge of data exchange via serial port (Com). Activities to perform: 1\. Perform interface installation from computers, servers, computing equipment, reception area of each unit, and all areas where equipment is located. 2\. Provide training to laboratory personnel (users). 3\. Maintain interaction with Call Center. 4\. Monitor incidents in the ERP system (JD EDWARDS) database. 5\. Schedule and carry out visits with external clients. 6\. Prepare service reports. 7\.
