Our client stands out for developing robust and scalable solutions, driving digital transformation through high-impact projects that demand the highest standards of technical quality and software architecture. ### **About the Role** We seek a Java Full Stack Technical Leader with solid technical vision to lead the development of critical applications. The ideal candidate not only masters backend development with Java and the Spring ecosystem but also has experience with modern interfaces and event-driven architectures. As a leader, you will be responsible for guiding microservice implementation and ensuring operational excellence through DevOps practices and Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the full lifecycle of Full Stack application development, integrating Java with modern frontend frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue). * Design and maintain microservice architectures, including event-driven architectures and API-REST-based solutions. * Implement advanced communication protocols such as WebSockets, STOMP, MQTT, and EventServers. * Ensure code quality using agile methodologies (Scrum) and standards including Git Flow and JUnit. * Oversee automation and deployment using CI/CD tools and configuration management. ### **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Systems, or related field. * **Leadership Experience:** Minimum 3 years as a Java Full Stack Leader. * **Spring Ecosystem:** 4 years of solid experience with Spring Core. * **Backend Experience:** Proficiency in Spring Boot, Batch, Data (JDBC Extensions, MongoDB), Integration, LDAP, and Spring Cloud (Netflix Architecture). * **Frontend Experience:** Expertise in Angular, React, or Vue. * **Architecture:** Experience with microservices, event-driven architectures, and queue management (e.g., RabbitMQ). * **Development Tools:** Advanced usage of Git Flow, JUnit, Maven, and Mockito. ### **Key Skills and Competencies** * **Complementary Technologies:** Familiarity with JSF, GWT, JHipster, Apache Spark/Storm, and servers such as Tomcat and Zookeeper. * **DevOps and Cloud:** Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, Istio, Ansible, Jenkins, SonarQube, and Nexus/JFrog. * **Innovation:** Intermediate knowledge of AI-powered coding assistants. * **Methodologies:** Project management using Scrum frameworks and Jira. ### **Conditions** * **Location:** Guadalajara, Jalisco. * **Work Mode:** Hybrid (2 days in office / 3 days remote) **Desired Education Level:** Bachelor’s degree \- completed **Desired Experience Level:** Expert Level **Departmental Function:** Technology / Internet **Industry:** Cybersecurity and Network Security **Skills:** * Analysis * Proactivity * Attention to detail *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=699619103500003500cac2df\&source\=indeed*
