**Full Stack Developer – Real Estate (Guadalajara)** **Job Description:** We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with extensive experience in building technological solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical skills with basic business analysis knowledge, capable of working on both backend and frontend, and integrating modern tools and third-party APIs. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain web applications for the company. * Design and optimize relational databases, ensuring data integrity and performance. * Create, document, and maintain internal APIs. * Integrate third-party solutions through APIs. * Collaborate with the product team to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. * Participate in software architecture (backend/frontend structure) and ensure best development practices. * Document processes and technical solutions. **Requirements:** * Graduate in Computer Engineering, Systems, or related field. * Minimum of 5 years of experience as a full stack or back\-end developer. * Basic knowledge of business analysis (Business Analyst). * Experience in backend and frontend development. * In-depth knowledge of relational databases. * Proficiency in SQL and PLSQL. * Experience documenting APIs and integrating third-party APIs. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Plus / Desired:** * Experience using Artificial Intelligence tools for software development. * Knowledge of n8n for workflow automation. * Experience with Supabase. * Previous experience in Real Estate projects. **Soft Skills:** * Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability. * Effective communication for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. * Organization and clear documentation of processes.
