Participate in strategic meetings to define improvement plans **Job Description:** We seek a Data Analyst with strategic mindset, technical expertise, and logistical thinking capable of transforming operational data into intelligent decisions. This profile will combine programming, analytical, and monitoring control skills to enhance the operational efficiency of employee transportation. Key Responsibilities * Design, develop, and automate operational reports and KPIs (Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Python preferred). * Standardize and maintain master databases on platforms. * Validate, analyze, and update critical information: vehicles, operators, routes, schedules, and boarding points. * Identify service optimization opportunities through GPS monitoring data analysis. * Monitor real-time Operational Additions, Removals, and Changes (ARC) processes. * Detect patterns and inefficiencies via logistics dashboards and KPIs. * Participate in strategic meetings with operations teams to define data-driven improvement plans. Requirements * Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Systems, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or related field. * Minimum experience: 1 year as a data analyst in logistics, transportation, or monitoring environments. * Technical proficiency: * \- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros) * \- Database management * \- Basic programming * \- Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools * \- Navigation of GPS monitoring platforms or operational intranet Competencies * Analytical and logical thinking * Focus on operational efficiency * Strategic vision of monitoring * Organization and management of multiple variables * Effective communication with operational departments * Ability to make data-driven decisions Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Benefits: * Salary increases * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company-provided mobile phone * Food vouchers
