CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

Position Summary: Supervise construction execution, manage schedules, ensure regulatory compliance, and serve as the primary liaison for the project. Key Highlights: 1. Quality supervision and control at all construction stages. 2. Comprehensive scheduling and construction documentation management. 3. Promotion of safety, hygiene, and environmental practices on site. * **Supervise on-site construction execution**, ensuring compliance with **drawings, technical specifications, regulations**, and **quality control** at all construction stages. * **Manage schedules and documentation**, preparing progress reports, daily logs, change orders, and controlling on-site material inventory. * **Ensure regulatory compliance** for **safety, hygiene, and environment** (HSE), conducting daily inspections to foster a zero-accident culture. * **Act as the primary liaison** among the project office, contractors, suppliers, and the client, coordinating meetings and reporting status and incidents to the Project Manager. * **Control resources and measurements**, performing surveys, verifying elevations, and managing material resources to meet the construction schedule. **Requirements** * **Education:** Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (degree preferred). * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years as Site Resident or in construction project supervision. * **Software:** Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (preferred) for interpretation, review, and updating of drawings. * **Technical Knowledge:** Construction control, estimations, generators, site logs, and work program tracking. * **Skills:** Leadership, coordination of personnel and contractors, and effective on-site communication.
