Location: BL Alamo Industrial Park, Guadalajara, Jalisco. **TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST** JOB PROFILE: Education: Completed Technical Degree/Bachelor's Degree. \- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field. (Degree holder) Required Work Experience: **2 years** * Experience in maintaining computer equipment. * Experience in resolving technical incidents related to hardware, software, and networks. * Knowledge and experience in managing operating systems. * Knowledge of networks and communications. * User training on software and internal tools. * Experience in technical documentation and preparing reports on incidents, solutions, and implemented improvements. Attendance registration devices. Technical Competencies: * Diagnosis and repair of computer equipment * User, password, and permission management within the IT infrastructure * Knowledge of installing, configuring, and updating operating systems * Preparation of manuals, user guides, and detailed technical reports * Configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of local networks, routers, and switches. * Experience in supporting and administering cloud-based environments * Efficient resolution of technical problems and handling of user requests * Knowledge of implementing and managing backup systems * Implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on technological equipment. * Knowledge of server and network storage administration. **Additional Benefits and Perks** * Indefinite-term employment contract. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00. * On-site modality. * Statutory benefits. * Attendance bonus. * Punctuality bonus. * Grocery vouchers.
