Civil engineer graduate residing in Guadalajara/ZMG, **essential** to have strong knowledge of the **fundamentals of structural engineering**, with 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position; must be committed and passionate about structural calculation and design, as well as implementing new technologies. **This is an on-site position.** **Main Responsibilities:** \- Perform structural analysis for residential and industrial projects based on prior experience and structural knowledge. \- Assist in the development of detailed structural projects. \- Prepare calculation reports. \- Create and update calculation spreadsheets. \- Conduct ongoing research in the field of structural engineering. **Skills:** \- Proactive and self-taught. \- Logical/mathematical reasoning with comprehension ability. \- Problem-solving skills and strong information analysis. \- Interest and passion for structural engineering. \- Organized and responsible. \- Teamwork. **Requirements:** **\- Mandatory** minimum of 1 year of experience as a junior structural analyst or similar role, 3 years preferred. \- **Essential knowledge** of structural engineering fundamentals for structural analysis, structural dynamics, and quick learning ability. \- Interest in structural engineering and application of new construction technologies. \- Must reside in Guadalajara or surrounding areas. This is an **on-site position**. \- Knowledge of Prestressed Design. \- Knowledge of construction processes. \- Experience with Visual Basic and Python. \- Experience in structural design firms and familiarity with structural analysis software such as ETABS, ADAPT, or similar.
