We are looking for: **Junior Web Services Support Engineer** Position objective: Contribute to achieving customer loyalty by providing **proactive and self\-service support during pre and post\-integration stages.** **Experience with APIs, REST, SOAP.** **Experience in supporting end users** **Experience programming with high\-level languages** **NOTE: This position is not development** We are seeking a professional with experience providing web support or IT service support (this is not a development role) **Your responsibilities:** * Assist clients to ensure proper usage of services and correct product functionality. * Identify and eliminate recurring issues that lead clients to contact the support team. * Share knowledge and create content to promote self\-service by developing and maintaining libraries, documentation, or webinars. * Manage client requests from initiation through to satisfactory resolution. * Generate valuable insights from support activities using available tools so this information contributes to company decision\-making. * Gain deep understanding of client environments regarding services and programming languages to anticipate any changes that might impact them. * Stay updated on electronic invoicing topics to provide timely support. * Remain current on technologies, methodologies, programming languages, and software development processes to better assist clients with integrations and keep the team at the forefront. * Identify client needs that can help strengthen products. * Collaborate in the company's exceptional service strategy by proposing initiatives for improved delivery, executing, identifying, and communicating process improvements for client benefit. **Requirements:** * Degree in Computer Science or related field * Experience in similar roles providing web support, IT service support, and customer service. * Intermediate\-advanced programming knowledge in .net, java, php, or other high\-level language. * Experience in web development. * Version control: Git. * Experience using SOAP and/or REST web services **What we offer:** * Monthly gross salary at 100% (range from 13,000 to 15,000 net monthly) * 30 days of Christmas bonus. * Statutory vacation with the right to use 6 days after 6 months of employment. * Paid leave: 2 days starting after your first year, increasing over time. * Additional non\-working days beyond statutory holidays: Holy Thursday and Good Friday. * Home Office. * Major medical insurance upon completing one year of service. * We care program: free nutritionist and psychologist services * Free and continuous training. * English classes with 30% scholarship. * Flexible Fridays every other week. * Remote work bonus of $400 MXN per month. * Profit sharing If you believe your profile matches our requirements, please send your CV Job type: Full\-time, Indefinite duration Salary: $13,000\.00 \- $14,000\.00 per month Application questions: * What is your experience with SOAP? * What is your experience with REST? * Which programming language do you use? * Please describe your experience providing web support to external users.
