We are seeking: ***CONSTRUCTION RESIDENT*** **Position Objective:** Coordinate and direct on-site personnel during project or service execution to ensure timely completion of assigned work and adherence to client requirements; as well as prepare generators, project cost estimates, and general project reports. **We Offer:** * Monthly gross salary of **$15,000** * Weekly gross payment of **$3,750** * Statutory benefits * Monthly productivity bonus * Per diems * Company vehicle and fuel * **$1,000** monthly grocery vouchers * Ongoing training and certifications * Work location: near Parque Agua Azul (close to Macrobús and six blocks from Line 1 of the light rail) **Requirements:** * Academic background as a graduate in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2\-3 years of on-site field experience in construction projects. * Availability for travel and flexible working hours. * Leadership, self-management, and decision-making skills. * Technical knowledge of blueprint reading. * Knowledge of hydraulic installations (water). * Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, and Project Manager. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise construction projects carried out jointly with government authorities. * Supervise and ensure compliance with action protocols during the development of new residential subdivisions, adhering to hydraulic regulations. * Monitor compliance with civil protection regulations. * Daily progress reporting directly to the project manager. * Coordinate on-site personnel to achieve project objectives.
