




**Area:** Architecture / Projects **Location:** Guadalajara, Jalisco **Position type:** Full-time, on-site with hybrid flexibility **Reports to:** Project Management or General Management **Collaborates with:** Design Coordinators, Interior Design, FF&E, and Suppliers **Position objective** Lead the technical and construction development of corporate, commercial, and residential projects, ensuring the accurate translation of design concepts into construction drawings, specifications, and built work, aligned with Taller 1339's quality standards and spatial storytelling. **Key responsibilities** * Coordinate and develop complete construction drawings, construction details, and furniture layouts. * Supervise the integration of complementary disciplines (structures, systems, lighting, air conditioning, etc.). * Manage architectural surveys and technical site visits prior to design or delivery. * Participate in coordination meetings with clients, contractors, and suppliers. * Conduct site inspections and monitor progress according to schedule. * Verify compliance with local regulations (civil protection, usage permits, systems, accessibility, etc.). * Support preparation of baseline budgets and quantity takeoffs. * Maintain updated files, nomenclature, and versions according to the firm’s internal system. * Contribute to continuous improvement of technical processes and standard documentation. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field. * Minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience in construction documentation and interior development. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (intermediate-advanced), and coordination software (Drive, Bluebeam, Lumion). * Solid knowledge of building systems, materials, and construction methods. * Experience coordinating with construction teams, contractors, and suppliers. * Intermediate English (desirable). * Ability to work autonomously, results-oriented, and collaboratively. **Competencies** * Structured thinking and attention to detail. * Clear and assertive communication. * Technical problem-solving and sound design judgment. * Responsibility, organization, and commitment to deadlines. * Ability to work under pressure without compromising quality.
