If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary. **Job Summary** --------------- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we are looking to add a **Planner Scheduler** located in **Guadalajara, North Campus.** Responsible for working with the materials and planning teams to ensure on\-time and efficient deliveries of the final product, with zero downtime. **What a typical day looks like:** * Daily follow\-up on production plans. * Monitor that deadlines are met. * Ensure efficiency in scheduling with the use of CTB (Clear to Build). * Work closely with production staff on accountability and productivity matters. * Plan the efficient transaction of the process with production staff to guarantee zero downtime. * Develop strategies and collaborate with operational teams on capacity and equipment utilization. * Work closely with operations to ensure a smooth flow from raw material to final product stage. * Follow up on Planning metrics. * CFT meetings. * WO opening and closing. **The experience we are looking to add to our team:** * Engineering degree or bachelor’s degree completed. * Experience in the same or similar position. * Knowledge of SMT, PCBA and integrations. * Knowledge of FlexFlow. * Knowledge of BaaN (ERP). * Knowledge of MRP. * Intermediate Excel. * Basic English. * Shift 2\. **What you will receive for the great work you provide:** * Competitive salary. * Medical and Life Insurance. * Christmas bonus. * Grocery vouchers. * Savings fund.
