Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Civil Works Resident to manage construction projects, ensuring execution within schedules and budgets, communicating effectively, and adapting to changes. Adapts the project to client needs and regulatory requirements. **Civil Works Resident Profile:** * Education: Civil Engineering degree. * 3\-5 years of experience in construction project management. * Ability to read and interpret blueprints. * Proficiency in AutoCAD for making modifications if necessary. * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. * Maintains a daily log of construction progress and verifiable expenses. **Key Responsibilities of the Civil Works Resident:** * Ensures project execution within established schedules and budgets. * Communicates effectively with the construction team, clients, and other contractors to ensure effective collaboration and resolve any issues that may arise. * Stays informed about workplace safety standards and regulations, and is capable of implementing safety measures to prevent accidents and injuries on site. * Adapts to project changes and remains flexible regarding client needs and expectations. * Handles government-related procedures (CFE, SIAPA, State Government). **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits. * Immediate hiring. * Weekly payment. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM. * Saturday, 9 AM to 1 PM. **Work Location: Nicolás Copérnico 5435, Colonia Paseos del Sol.** Employment Type: Indefinite-term position.
