Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and efficient proposals **2P Capital Humano is looking for a Structural Drafting Engineer in Providencia \- Guadalajara, Jalisco** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- ### **Structural Drafting Engineer** **Position Objective** To be responsible for the analysis, design, and representation of structural systems in building projects, integrating structural calculations and drawing/modeling tasks into a single role, ensuring technical accuracy, regulatory compliance, and consistency between design and execution. ### **What will you do in this role?** * Perform structural analysis considering seismic, wind, and gravitational loads * Design reinforced concrete, structural steel, and foundation elements * Prepare calculation reports and technical documentation * Develop structural drawings in AutoCAD with complete specifications * Model projects in Revit using BIM methodology * Ensure the model accurately reflects the structural calculations * Validate compliance with current regulations (NTC, ACI, AISC) * Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams * Propose cost-effective and material-efficient structural solutions ### **What we are looking for** * Civil Engineering degree (with focus on structures) * Minimum 3 years of experience in structural calculations for building projects * Proficiency in structural software (ETABS, CYPE or similar) * Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (mandatory) * Knowledge of structural regulations * Ability to independently perform both calculations and drafting without reliance on third parties ### **Key Competencies** * Analytical thinking and problem-solving * Technical decision-making * Organization and attention to detail * Effective communication with multidisciplinary teams * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously ### **Offer** * Salary: $18,000 to $25,000 per month (based on experience) * Statutory benefits * Hybrid work arrangement * Monday to Friday schedule **Desired education level:** Higher education \- degree holder **Desired experience level:** Expert level **Departmental function:** Construction **Industry:** Construction *This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69e9241e580000390053e3d4\&source\=indeed*
