Activities: * Generation and integration of bidding folders for public and private construction processes. * Handling, adaptation, and generation of required documentation in procedures. * Preparation of bidding procedure review guides. * Participation in clarification meetings. * Management of COMPRANET and NEODATA. * Responding to official letters or administrative requirements requested by government agencies, clients, or business partners. * Monitoring different stages of contests until award decision and adjudication. * Processing issuance, release, and cancellation of bonds. * Administrative control of projects.
