**Overview**
Looking for a Junior Sales Executive to support business development activities within the Northern Border region of Mexico. This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional with a solid understanding of industrial processes and factory automation, who is eager to grow within a global engineering\-driven organization.
The position will focus on supporting customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and coordinating closely with IPTE Guadalajara and Alpharetta teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Support sales and business development activities for industrial automation, assembly, and test solutions
* Maintain and develop relationships with potential customers in the assigned territory
* Understand customer manufacturing processes and automation needs
* Coordinate internally with engineering and sales support teams
* Support RFQ activities, including initial technical understanding and commercial follow\-up
* Participate in customer meetings, plant visits, and technical discussions
* Travel regularly within the territory and to customer sites
**Required Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automation, Marketing, Business or related
* Experience in sales, commercial roles, or customer\-facing positions (junior to mid\-level)
* Understanding of industrial processes, manufacturing environments, and automation concepts
* Previous experience working with or for companies such as automotive / electronics
* Fluent in English and Spanish (mandatory)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proactive, organized, and eager to learn
**Travel \& Availability**
* Willingness to travel up to two weeks per month (domestic and occasional international travel)
**Location**
* Candidate may be based in Guadalajara or any Northern Border city (Juárez, Tijuana, Reynosa, etc.)
**Compensation**
* Base salary plus sales commission
**Notes**
* This is a growth\-oriented position with exposure to international customers
