Job Summary: A professional responsible for executing events, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining audiovisual equipment, demonstrating proactivity and teamwork. Key Highlights: 1. Execution of events on time and as requested by the client. 2. Operation of audio, video, and lighting equipment (Basic/Intermediate). 3. Working under pressure, proactivity, and follow-up on pending tasks. • Review BEOs (Banquet Event Orders) jointly with the Supervisor and Operations Manager. • Execute events on time and as requested by the client. • Handle reception at the start of setup and delivery upon event closure for equipment requested from external vendors, in coordination with the internal department. • Assume responsibility for equipment requested from the warehouse, returning it in the same condition as received. • Operation of audio, video, and lighting equipment — Basic/Intermediate • Operation of standard cargo vehicles — Basic • Field personnel management — Basic • Reading and interpretation of BEOs — Basic • Computer equipment operation — Basic • Working under pressure and in dynamic environments • Teamwork and effective communication • Responsibility and punctuality • Learning attitude and continuous self-improvement • Proactivity and follow-up on pending tasks . -Requirements- Minimum education: Upper secondary education — Technological High School Diploma 3 years of experience Languages: English Age: 18 years or older Knowledge: Audio, Lighting, Equipment Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Setup, Operations, Video Driver's licenses: B Willingness to travel: Yes Keywords: technologist, technician, tech, technician, technology, tecnologia, technologist, operator, operator, operator
