DIGITAL MARKETING & PERFORMANCE MANAGER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant platforms.
· Define budgets, audiences, funnels, and objectives (awareness, traffic, leads, conversion).
· Monitor KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate) and optimize campaigns in real time.
· Implement A/B testing of audiences, creatives, and messaging.
· Prepare performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
· Digital Platforms & Conversion
· Upload and manage events on Ticketfairy, ensuring optimized copy and configuration.
· Manage and keep Google My Business updated.
· Manage booking platforms such as OpenTable and SevenRooms.
· Ensure consistency of information, messaging, and CTAs across all conversion platforms.
· Email Marketing & CRM
· Plan, write, and execute email marketing campaigns (promotional, events, last-minute, newsletters).
· Manage sending calendars aligned with campaigns and key dates.
· Optimize subject lines, copy, and CTAs to improve open rate, CTR, and conversions.
· Segment databases and conduct A/B testing.
· Analyze results and propose continuous improvements.
· Proficiency with email/CRM tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot or similar).
· Copywriting
· Write copy for paid campaigns, emails, landing pages, ads, and ticketing and booking platforms.
· Adapt messaging according to channel, audience, and business objective.
· Maintain consistency with the brand’s tone of voice and storytelling.
· Collaborate with design teams to maximize creative and commercial impact.
· Coordinate with marketing, design, operations, and PR teams.
· Align campaigns and messaging with events, promotions, launches, and key seasons.

o +3 years of experience in digital marketing and performance.
o Experience managing media buying campaigns and budgets.
o Experience in Email Marketing and CRM.
o Proficiency with platforms such as Ticketfairy, Google My Business, OpenTable, SevenRooms or similar.
o Excellent Spanish copywriting skills; advanced English desirable.
o Proficiency with Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Analytics, and reporting tools.
o Experience in hospitality, entertainment, lifestyle, or premium brands (desirable).

Salary: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month
