We Are Hiring! – Fleet Maintenance Supervisor (Puebla) At **EXER Transportadora**, we are looking for an operational leader with experience in tractor-trailers and trailers to ensure the continuity and safety of our fleet. If you are passionate about logistics, diesel mechanics, and teamwork, **this opportunity is for you!** **Job Objective:** Coordinate the intake, diagnosis, repair, and release of units in the workshop, ensuring compliance with required timelines, costs, and safety conditions for operations. Main Responsibilities * **Fault Diagnosis:** Review operator reports and validate mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic damages. * **Workshop Coordination:** Schedule appointments, supervise repairs, and physically verify unit deliveries. * **Administrative Control:** Validate quotations, review invoices, and upload photographic evidence to Quality Web. * **Incident Management:** Coordinate roadside assistance en route and handle emergencies outside the base. * **Warehouse Control:** Responsible for tracking incoming and outgoing stock of operational materials (nets, tie-down straps, tires, etc.). Desired Profile * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree and/or completed Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering degree, or related field. * **Training:** Fleet maintenance, transportation, or diesel mechanics. * **Experience:** 3–5 years supervising tractor-trailer maintenance (verifiable). * **Key Competencies:** Operational leadership, organization, results orientation, and ability to work under pressure.
