




Position Summary: We are seeking an Operational Analyst to manage and track processes related to the registration, validation, and control of sales force information. Key Highlights: 1. Manage operational processes for information registration and validation 2. Analyze data and propose solutions for operational inconsistencies 3. Database management and tracking of procedures **BETTER**; We are a **strategic partner** providing nationwide services in **recruitment, training, development**, and **specialization of human capital** (Sales Force). **Position Objective:** Manage and monitor operational processes related to the registration, validation, and control of sales force information, ensuring accurate folio capture, documentary integrity, and timely communication with stores, banks, and internal departments. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Update and maintain databases of procedures originating from various sources, ensuring their reliability for productivity measurement and commission calculations. · Track folios and procedures, addressing questions, clarifications, and requests from the sales force. · Manage recovery of documents for incomplete procedures and coordinate their submission to the control desk. · Analyze operational information to identify inconsistencies and propose solutions. · Extract and consolidate information sent by banking institutions. · Review procedure statuses and request updates from relevant departments. · Follow up on pending procedures. · Organize and safeguard physical documentation (acknowledgments and requests). **REQUIREMENTS:** · Education: Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed) in administrative, economic, or related fields. · Experience: Minimum 1 year in administrative tasks, data analysis, or operational tracking. · Tools proficiency: Intermediate to Advanced Excel (mandatory), Outlook; knowledge of **Python or programming languages** is desirable. **SKILLS:** · Attention to detail · Customer service orientation · Communication · Data analysis · Frustration tolerance · Goal-oriented work · Teamwork · Problem solving and time management **COMPENSATION PACKAGE:** · Monthly salary of $9,451.00 net, paid biweekly, · Monthly productivity bonus of $1,5000.00 · Statutory benefits from day one · Paid and ongoing training · Medium-term growth opportunities within the company · Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break · Saturdays: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM; only one Sunday per month, 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM, remote work (Home Office) Salary: $9,451.00 – $10,951.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Free parking * Company-provided mobile phone Workplace: On-site employment
