Job Objective: Manage and monitor operational processes related to the registration, validation, and control of sales force information, ensuring accurate folio capture, document integrity, and timely communication with stores, banks, and internal departments. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Update and maintain databases of procedures originating from various sources, ensuring their reliability for productivity measurement and commission calculation. • Track folios and procedures, addressing questions, clarifications, and requests from the sales force. • Manage recovery of documents for incomplete procedures and coordinate their submission to the control desk. • Analyze operational information to identify inconsistencies and propose solutions. • Extract and consolidate information sent by banking institutions. • Review procedure statuses and request updates from relevant departments. • Follow up on pending procedures. • Organize and safeguard physical documentation (acknowledgments and requests). REQUIREMENTS: • Education: Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed) in administrative, economic, or related fields. • Experience: Minimum 1 year in administrative activities, data analysis, or operational tracking. • Technical Skills: Intermediate to Advanced Excel (mandatory), Outlook; knowledge of Python or programming languages is desirable.
