We are looking for: -Gender: Unrestricted. -No age limit. -Excellent attitude. -Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in nightclubs, bars, or nightlife events. You must feel comfortable handling high volumes and live group dynamics. Technical Proficiency: -Advanced operation of Midas digital and Yamaha analog consoles. -Complete control of EQ, Compression, and Gates (precision required for kick drums, vocals, and DJ sets). -Experience configuring powerful PA systems (Line Arrays and dual/triple subs). -Management of in-ear monitor mixes. -Basic RF knowledge (frequency coordination for microphones and in-ears). Live Skills: -Ability to quickly balance sound between a DJ set, live band, or karaoke. *Immediate resolution of technical issues under pressure. WE OFFER: -Schedule: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday only (night shift). -Salary: $2,000 MXN per week. -Payment: Timely weekly payment.
