Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Offset Technician to operate KBA offset printing machines, ensuring quality and efficiency in print production through precise plate mounting and equipment calibration. Apply CMYK color knowledge to ensure accurate color reproduction **Join our Offset Prepress Team!** We are looking for an experienced Offset Technician to operate our presses. We seek someone who can precisely mount plates and adjust the machine to ensure maximum quality and efficiency in our print production. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Mount, adjust, and remove printing plates on the KBA offset press according to job specifications. * Set up and calibrate the press to ensure proper alignment and print quality. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the press to ensure optimal operation. * Monitor the printing process and adjust parameters as needed to maintain quality standards. * Inspect printed products for potential defects and make machine adjustments to resolve issues. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical knowledge of offset press setup and maintenance. * Ability to interpret and follow technical specifications and work orders. * Application of CMYK color knowledge to ensure accurate and consistent color reproduction in prints. **SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. \- 5:00 p.m. (1-hour lunch break) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $6,500\.00 per week Benefits: * Company parking * Free parking * Grocery vouchers Language: * English (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
