Job Objective Develop and strengthen commercial relationships with physicians, specialists, and medical clinics, promoting the adoption and positioning of an artificial intelligence-based medical platform designed to optimize clinical, administrative, and patient-care processes through innovative technological tools. Candidate Profile We seek a candidate with solid experience in the pharmaceutical or medical industry, preferably as a medical representative or specialized salesperson for pharmaceutical laboratories, medical technology, or healthcare services. The ideal candidate must have: • An extensive active portfolio of physicians and specialists. • Established commercial relationships with doctors and medical assistants. • Ability to build trust and conduct effective commercial follow-up. • Proven prior experience working with at least two or three pharmaceutical companies, medical laboratories, or healthcare-sector firms. • Familiarity with the medical environment, medical detailing, and marketing of services or tools targeted at healthcare professionals. Requirements: Education • Completed or incomplete bachelor’s degree in the following fields: o Administration o Marketing o Commercial Relations o Health Sciences o Related disciplines Experience • Minimum 3 years in a laboratory setting. • Verifiable experience in medical laboratories, pharmaceutical companies, or medical technology. • Experience in prospecting and maintaining a medical portfolio. Essential Requirements: • Availability for fieldwork. • Availability for medical visits and commercial meetings. • Personal vehicle. • Active medical portfolio. Desirable Knowledge • Basic knowledge of technological tools or AI-based platforms applied to the healthcare sector. Main Responsibilities • Prospecting and developing new medical clients. • Commercial follow-up of active portfolios of doctors and clinics. • Presentation and promotion of the AI-based medical platform. • Basic user training on platform functionalities and benefits. • Development of commercial strategies to increase platform users and enhance platform positioning. • Personalized support for physicians and medical assistants. • Post-sales follow-up and customer retention. • Preparation of commercial reports and performance tracking against objectives. • Coordination with administrative, operational, and technical departments.
