Technical support, user training, and vendor management Job Objective: Administer, maintain, and optimize the company’s technological infrastructure and ERP systems, ensuring the proper operation of CONTPAQi, Neodata, and Enkontrol, as well as the security, availability, and reliability of information for the housing developer’s administrative, accounting, and operational processes. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Informatics (degree completed) Experience: Minimum 2–4 years in IT areas Proven experience in implementation, support, and administration of: CONTPAQi (Accounting, Payroll, Banking, Commercial) Neodata (Costs, Budgeting, Construction, Financial Control) Enkontrol (ERP for housing developers) Technical Knowledge: CONTPAQi system administration and support Neodata and Enkontrol handling and configuration SQL databases (queries, backups, maintenance) Network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, cabling, switches, firewalls) Server administration (Windows Server preferred) Data backups, recovery, and business continuity Information security and access control System integration and data migration End-user technical support Ensuring information security and confidentiality Managing software and hardware vendors User training on system usage Skills and Competencies: Problem analysis and resolution Organization and time management Effective communication with non-technical users Working under pressure Logical and structured thinking Strong sense of responsibility Confidentiality and professional ethics. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor’s degree 2 years of experience Age: between 25 and 35 years old Keywords: analyst, engineers, ingeniera, ing, engineer, system
