JOB DESCRIPTION \- Development of programs for CNC Lathes, Machining Centers, VTLs, EDM, and CNC Drills. \- Reading and adjusting programs at the machine. \- Fabrication of fixtures, tools, and parts. \- Generating new ideas and independent actions to improve production. \- Providing technical support and training to CNC operators and setup personnel. \- Preventive maintenance (lubrication, cleaning) of machines and work areas. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Ensuring high-quality program development with optimal time and efficiency. \- Use of personal protective equipment. \- Compliance with established quality standards. \- Compliance with established production standards. \- Maintaining machines, tools, measuring equipment, and company areas in perfect condition. \- Compliance with internal work regulations. EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS \- Extensive knowledge of CNC machine programming (CNC Lathes, Machining Centers, VTLs, Milling Machines). \- Advanced knowledge of Mastercam.
