Responsibilities: * Diagnose and repair building maintenance issues (chillers, boilers, refrigeration systems). * Assist in disassembling and reassembling equipment as needed, including identifying and collecting specific spare parts for installation. * Assist in maintenance tasks and work involving live electrical systems or testing up to 220 V.
