PROCESS ENGINEER** **Position Objective** Efficiently manage human and technical resources to develop, control, and improve manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with the plant’s key performance indicators (KPIs). **Profile Requirements** * **Academic Background:** Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or a related field. * **Knowledge and Experience:** * 5 year experience as a Process Engineer * Statistical Process Control. * Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. * Project management and administration. * Basic knowledge of tool design. * Strong problem\-solving and analytical skills. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and implement efficient and sustainable manufacturing processes. * Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance competitiveness. * Lead improvement projects and strategic initiatives. * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality, cost control, and achievement of operational goals.
