Nexos TRC Consulting is looking for a CIVIL ENGINEER\- Sr. New Projects Engineer for a World Class Manufacturing company in expansion located in Torreón, Coahuila. **Job Overview** To ensure that Facilities projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with established quality standards. Responsible for the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects related to infrastructure and plant expansion. **Education** * Civil Engineering (Required) * Advanced English (Required) **Main Responsibilities** * Administration and execution of Facilities projects. * Vendor management * Budget preparation and control. * Supervision of contractors and suppliers. * Planning and monitoring of schedules. * Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. * Coordination with internal departments to guarantee efficient operation during projects. **Knowledge and Skills** * Experience in project management using PMI methodology * Budget and schedule management for civil works. * Knowledge of structural calculations, MEP, and building services. * Reading and interpreting architectural and structural plans. **Proficient in Microsoft Office** * Proficient in design and planning software (AutoCAD, MS Project) * Knowledge of construction and industrial safety regulations * Negotiation and contractor management skills * Effective communication and leadership skills **Competencies** * Results\-oriented * Strategic planning * Problem\-solving * Ability to work under pressure If you qualify, please send and English CV to nexos.talento @ gmail. com Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo Sueldo: A partir de $1\.00 al mes Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
