




Position: Operational Coordinator of Private Security Position Objective Ensure the proper operation of assigned physical security services, guaranteeing coverage, operational discipline, contractual compliance, and effective customer service, with a focus on results and control. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate and supervise field security services. * Guarantee shift, role, and relief coverage. * Supervise performance of supervisors and operational personnel. * Address operational incidents and customer requirements. * Ensure compliance with instructions, procedures, and internal policies. * Execute operational onboarding, offboarding, and transfers in coordination with HR. * Monitor key indicators: turnover, absenteeism, coverage, and complaints. * Prepare operational reports and service status updates. * Maintain discipline, order, and authority in operations. Required Profile * Education: Completed high school diploma (bachelor’s degree incomplete or completed preferred). * Minimum experience: 2–3 years in private security in coordination, supervision, or operational management roles. * Essential knowledge in: * Security services operations * Management of operational staff * Customer service * Incident handling, coverage, and shift control * Intermediate Excel and reporting skills. Full availability for schedule and fieldwork. * Valid driver’s license (preferred).
