Torreón, Coahuila. **Supervisor, Cost Estimating** The Senior Cost Estimator/Lead is responsible for the overall project estimate while providing leadership, training, and mentoring for their team to build a cost product. **Responsabilities** * Receive, interpret and organize the customer prints and specifications and independently determine all wire, material and labor operations necessary to build a cost product. * Request and gather data from Accounting, Purchasing, Manufacturing Engineering, and Plant Engineering and use to analyze and develop improvements in the accuracy and efficiency of the enterprise\-wide cost estimating system. * Independently gather and analyze data and prepare documents concerning price justification, negotiations, project revenues, etc. for submission to PKC management and/or customers. * Provide cost representation in program meetings (i.e. VA/VE blitz, issues meetings, etc.) to determine costs and evaluate significant program cost and timing issues. * Incumbent must be able to independently determine product pricing, handle significant issues, and interface with customers in the Cost Estimating Supervisor's absence. * Keep on tracking of all RFQ’s received for monitoring and control. * Support other programs for customer compliance. * Implements improvements to help reduce the delivery time and increase the accuracy of quotes. * Manages the effective standardization, organization, preparation, and proper distribution/submission of RFQ’s for delivery on time to the Customer. * Participate in Customer meetings (internal and external), for monitoring and achievement of deliver goals. * Participate in meeting with the Customer for reconciliation of quotes for pricing. * Management of personnel to distribute the Customer workload and to control all activities in relation with HR. * Comply with and ensure compliance with PKC Group's Environment, Health and Safety Policy and Energy Policy. * Comply with the environmental, health, safety and energy requirements set forth in Federal, State and Municipal legislation and applicable regulations related to our activities and products to comply with the EMASS (Energy, Environment, Health and Safety) procedures inherent to their work position. * Contribute to the effectiveness of the Energy, Environment, Health and Safety Management System, including the achievement of the EMASS Objectives and Goals. **Profile required** **Education or experience** * College Degree on Industrial Engineering or similar. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in automotive industry environment. * Advanced knowledge in development of analytic methods and exploratory techniques related to cost estimating and analysis. **Skill/ knowledge requirements** * 2D CAD prints Reading * Basic electrical prints Reading * MS Office intermediate (advance knowledge in excel\- **preferred)** . * English advanced. **Competencies** * Communication * Initiating Actions * Lead Team * Customer focus * Planning and organizing * Making decisions **Benefits** * The position is a regular active, full time role with competitive total rewards. * Equal Opportunity Employer \- Inclusive Company **Steps to Apply** * To learn about the position and apply, visit: https://hcnh.fa.us2\.oraclecloud.com/hcmUI/faces/FuseWelcome?\_afrLoop\=22755292120132527\&\_adf.ctrl\-state\=hnbauihrm\_875
