We are looking for an engineer to support us in working with the Walmart team * Bachelor's or Engineering degree in Systems (completed or incomplete) * Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support * Valid official identification Required knowledge and experience: * User-level technical support * Point-to-point migration of Windows equipment * Data backup * Installation of system images using tools such as Clonezilla, Symantec Ghost, Acronis True Image, among others * Proficiency with Windows Registry Editor * Basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS, WINS, configuration) * Installation and configuration of peripherals: printers, pinpads, scales, scanners * User permission management * Antivirus configuration * Collection of on-site service evidence and signature * Execution of procedures following technical guides Additional skills: * Leadership * Work team coordination * Customer service and oral problem resolution Required tools: * 32 GB USB drive We offer: * WEEKLY PAYMENTS Job type: Temporary or project-based, Seasonal Salary: Starting at $400.00 per day Work location: On-site employment
