





We are looking for a **Technical Support Manager** responsible for ensuring operational continuity and efficiency of IT systems, providing timely technical assistance to users, managing technological infrastructure, and participating in continuous improvement projects related to communication, security, connectivity, and internal systems. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide on-site and remote technical support to users for computers, printers, networks, and internal systems. * Manage and maintain technological infrastructure (servers, networks, links, IP telephony, and video surveillance). * Monitor and ensure the operation of cameras, communication links, and backup systems. * Coordinate the installation and preventive/corrective maintenance of hardware, software, and peripherals. * Document incidents, maintenance activities, and movements of technological assets. * Assist in the administration of corporate platforms. * Follow up with external vendors and participate in the evaluation of new technologies. * Collaborate with the systems department on infrastructure, automation, and cybersecurity projects. **Required Profile** * **Education:** Degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in similar positions (technical support, networks, infrastructure, or help desk). * **Desired technical skills:** * Network and router administration. * Personnel management. * Windows and Windows Server operating systems. * IP telephony and structured cabling. * Video surveillance systems (CCTV / IP). * Cloud service management. * Basic knowledge of SQL-Server is a plus. * **Additional requirements:** * Ability to drive both **manual and automatic transmission vehicles**. * Valid **driver's license**. * **Competencies:** user service orientation, proactivity, organization, effective communication, and teamwork.
