Job Summary: Responsible for calculating employee compensation, updating internal payroll databases, and ensuring timely payments with analytical and decision-making skills. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in calculation and full processing of payroll, severance payments, and settlements 2. Advanced proficiency in Office suite, SUA, IDSE, SIPARE, and Microsip payroll module 3. Key skills: analysis, initiative, decision-making, and responsibility Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field * Age between 20 and 45 years * Minimum 1 year of experience in the position Responsibilities: Calculate employee compensation, update our internal payroll databases, and ensure timely payments. Activities: * IMSS transaction management * Office suite, SUA, IDSE, SIPARE management * IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT payments * ISN and FONACOT calculations * Microsip payroll module management * Pre-payroll and payroll preparation process * Experience in the entire payroll calculation process, including severance payments, settlements, etc. * Payroll stamping (timbrado) * Generate files for payroll disbursement * Banking management for exporting payroll files Skills: * Analysis * Initiative * Working under pressure * Responsibility * Professional appearance * Discipline * Decision-making Employment type: Full-time Salary: $14,100.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Life insurance * Additional vacation days or paid leave Work location: On-site employment
