We are seeking an IT Project Administrative Assistant to support the project execution team in implementing global infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience as an IT project administrator, excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as general knowledge of project execution within a global IT organization. The IT Project Administrative Assistant will report to the IT Portfolio Project Manager. Requirements Education and Experience * Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or equivalent work experience (preferred). * One to three years of experience in project administration or other IT support roles. Core Skills * Must be a team-oriented individual with strong organizational and communication abilities. * Excellent writing skills and attention to detail. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). * Experience with MS Project and/or Smartsheet. * Willingness to learn. Project Support and Administration * Assist project managers with administrative tasks and processes. * Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute meeting minutes. * Help project managers track PMO governance requirements, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed. * Maintain project status and provide periodic reports highlighting risks/issues.
