




**Job Description** ------------------------- Identify, consolidate, and deliver the annual technical training plan at cement plants based on the annual training plan and the Integrated Management System, aiming to ensure the development of technical and human knowledge across different operational audiences and fostering an environment of harmony and safety. **Main Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Understand and comply with the Integrated Management System Policy, as well as meet CEMEX's objectives regarding Quality, Environment, Safety, and Health. * Promote CEMEX's Mission, Vision, and Values, engaging personnel by example. * Ensure training for unionized personnel by facilitating access to information and training programs, and verifying their certification. * Ensure the physical integrity of both (indirect) personnel under supervision and facilities, using environmental and neighboring community resources respectfully. * Establish a standardized operational training program (aligned with the Integrated Management System) to develop operational talent within business units, enabling improvements in processes, services, and products. * Analyze and consolidate best practices and teaching methods to create a uniform work plan tailored to cement operations. * Identify learning needs of various plant audiences to establish and enrich the curriculum offered in the annual training plan. * Study, develop, and deliver academic content (technical and human) on-site, leveraging internal and external expertise to enhance personnel's technical capabilities and human development. * Ensure continuous improvement of the learning process to establish uniform metrics and standards for evaluating and certifying knowledge levels. * Comply with requirements established in Safety Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, and Specific Task Descriptions for all activities outlined in the Job Profile and other assigned tasks. This includes: reporting all incidents and near-misses, stopping and warning personnel who place themselves at risk during activities, participating in training events (talks, trainings, campaigns, etc.), and managing the elimination of hazardous conditions in their area. * Responsible for verifying that personnel (direct and indirect) under supervision work under appropriate safety and health conditions and ensuring they have the proper tools to perform their tasks safely.
