· Follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance programs for air conditioning and refrigeration equipment. · Participate in the maintenance and repair of air conditioning equipment, mini splits, packaged units, air washers, evaporators, condensers, refrigeration and freezing chambers. · Perform general cleaning of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment. · Check the proper operation of thermostats. · Verify the operation of freezing and storage chambers, as well as kitchen and warehouse refrigerators. · Provide technical support and monitor the correct operation of electric motors. · Provide technical support and monitor the correct operation of refrigerant charge maintenance programs. · Analyze and interpret electrical and connection diagrams. · Provide technical support during equipment testing and startup. · Follow up on failure or non-conformance reports. · Request necessary tools and materials from the Supervisor for equipment installation and maintenance. · Coordinate and participate in maintenance work carried out by external companies or contractors. · Record service activities in service logs. · Keep work area or station clean according to assigned standards. · Comply with applicable safety and hygiene regulations during job performance. · Use materials and equipment provided by the company efficiently, avoiding damage and/or loss.
